How to Become an Affiliate Provider for WellSpan EAP

Important things to remember about WellSpan EAP Authorization

WellSpan EAP does not require or provide authorization numbers for sessions. We encourage our members to contact the provider’s office directly to schedule their appointments. If the office has any questions regarding the number of sessions available, please feel free to contact us directly at 800-673-2514.

Payment for Services
Where do I submit invoices and paperwork?  We accept electronic billing, our electronic payor number is CB 457. Please refer to our billing section here. Invoices and paperwork can also be faxed to 717-851-4493 or emailed to wellspaneap@wellspan.org. 

When should I send invoices? – You may submit invoices after each session or, after completion of sessions. 

Frequently Asked Questions
Members can call directly to the provider’s office to access their EAP benefit. Self-referral is permitted after the EAP sessions have been exhausted. Sessions renew each contract period which varies with each employer group. Please refer to the EAP Contract Synopsis that is sent each month or call Client Services at 800-673-2514.
