Meet Your EAP Support Team


Mike D Headshot Photo 1 MICHAEL DILLER, PsyD Dr. Diller is a Licensed Psychologist and Director of WellSpan Employee Assistance Program (WSEAP). He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland and a Doctor of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. He spent nineteen years in clinical practice, fifteen of those years at WellSpan Behavioral Health (WBH), now known as WellSpan Philhaven. Dr. Diller served as a clinical supervisor from 2006 to 2016 overseeing clinical operations of WBH-Meadowlands outpatient office.  He has been with WSEAP since 2016 and has been passionate about finding better ways to support our fellow coworkers, raising awareness of mental health issues in the workplace and offering ways we can provide a culture of caring to support overall wellbeing.  Dr. Diller has presented on these topics at the                                local, state and national levels and was a past recipient of Central Penn Business Journal’s Health Care Heroesaward in the Mental Health Caregiver Hero                                      category.


 

Marganne Hoffman

MARGANNE HOFFMAN, BA serves as an EAP Specialist. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University. Employed in behavioral healthcare since 2000, she has worked in various positions including Project Coordinator for Shaping Your Family’s Future, a book developed by Philhaven to encourage parents to create healthy family patterns as they raise their children. Since 2007, she has managed over fifty EAP client companies and provides guidance and resources to employers and their employees. Marganne also develops and facilitates educational programs as well as responds to workplace traumatic events.


Betsy Stein Hoffmaster 2021 09 09BETSY STEIN-HOFFMASTER, MSW serves as an EAP Specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University and a post-baccalaureate certification in Elementary Education from Millersville University. Betsy’s experience includes working at WellSpan Behavioral Health for thirteen years providing EAP and outpatient counseling services, as well as serving as a clinical supervisor for numerous offices. In addition, she worked as a social worker for WellSpan Dialysis and was part of  WellSpan’s Organizational Learning and Development team. She volunteers with "Girls on the Run" program as a coach and committee member.


Beaverson Ashley 8ASHLEY BEAVERSON, BS, SHRM-CP serves as an EAP Specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania in Behavioral Science with a minor in applied youth development and has attained certified professional status with the Society for Human Resource Management. Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources including employee relations, benefits, and training and development initiatives encompassing a variety of disciplines. She volunteered previously on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of York and Adams County and volunteers on committees with the York Society for Human Resource Management.

KIM CRIDER, M.A. serves as an EAP Specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Augusta State University in Augusta, Ga, and a master’s degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State Capital College. Kim’s experience includes working as a mental health counselor on a college campus and working as a health educator and community health coordinator for WellSpan Health. She is also a certified and registered yoga teacher with 650+ hours of teaching experience. Kim volunteers on the board of directors for United Way of Franklin County, Franklin County Coalition for Progress, and the Rotary Club of Chambersburg.


Sechrist CindyCINDY SECHRIST serves as a Client Services Representative. She provided administrative support in behavioral healthcare at WellSpan Philhaven for more than 15 years. She brings her passion and experience in connecting people with behavioral  health services to EAP by assisting individuals with obtaining timely appointments with providers, supporting the supervisor referral process, building provider relationships and offering problem solving direction for employer and client questions.


Seymore Kathy

KATHY SEYMORE serves as a Client Services Representative.  She has worked in the Rehabilitation Department with Wellspan for five years.  Prior to her work with Wellspan she managed a chiropractic office for over 19 years.  She prides herself on her customer service skills and has a general love for helping people.  She provides assistance to EAP members with scheduling timely appointments with providers, provides support for the supervisory referral process, builds and maintains provider relationships and fields questions from and obtains requested information to answer provider, employer and client questions.


Tracey Kreider

TRACEY KREIDER, BA serves as a Client Service Representative. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has over 25 years of experience providing support in the behavioral healthcare field. She serves as a primary point of contact for employer representatives, their employees and providers. Tracey provides a variety of administrative tasks including: supporting individuals in scheduling EAP appintments, coordination of educational programs, contract management and provider relations.
