Core Services

 

Confidential Counseling Services

Employees and their dependent family members are entitled to an allotted number of free counseling sessions per person each contract year determined by the employer.

Timely appointments through an expanded network of local and national providers; for a complete listing of providers visit us at WellSpan.org/EAP

  • Automatically enrolled

    • You do not have to be enrolled in your company health plan
    • No co-pay or deductibles
      • If needed, additional sessions available through your medical insurance
      • Schedule sessions directly with the office/ provider, no preapproval or authorization
      • Completely confidential – No information can be shared with employer unless written consent is given (Except under circumstances of harm to self or others)

 Critical Incident Stress Management Response Services 

  • WellSpan EAP respondents are available 24/7 to provide on-site assistance to groups and/or individuals

  • We assist employees in returning to normal function after experiencing a traumatic event that emotionally impacts one or more employees

  • We can connect you with available resources for additional help, if needed

 Onsite, Virtual, or Hybrid Training and Staff Development Services

  • Workshops regarding many of the issues facing today’s workforce

  • Topics include stress management, resiliency, conflict resolution, harassment, diversity, substance abuse, team building, etc.

Work-Life Services  

  • 24/7 online and telephonic resources available via work-life portal

  • Available topics are work-life balance, financial, health, legal, and personal growth

  • Receive pass code, go WellSpan.org/EAP, click on Resources tab, then Work Life Portal from drop down

Consultation Services

  • Our EAP team is available to discuss challenging employee related issues and help determine available options.
